As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our Concord, NH team. This role is more than just driving—you’ll be a key part of ensuring smooth warehouse operations and supporting logistics for job sites across New Hampshire.

What You’ll Do:

Unload and inspect deliveries using forklifts and pallet jacks. Verify incoming products against packing lists and report discrepancies. Organize and stage orders for multiple job sites. Manage inventory using software tools and assist with general office maintenance. Coordinate deliveries and pickups efficiently across the region. Inspect and maintain vehicles as needed to ensure safety and reliability. Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned. What You’ll Need to

Succeed:

At Encore, a “can-do” attitude is non-negotiable, but here are a few other things you’ll need: A valid driver’s license and DOT medical card. 1-2 years of warehouse experience and the ability to use a forklift and pallet jack. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and basic knowledge of hand tools a plus. Familiarity with computers (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
