Stackers Job Description Stackers are production workers responsible for supporting the manufacturing plant and operators on various product lines. This role involves lifting heavy bags of flour and ingredients, loading them onto pallets, moving products along a line, and making and packing boxes. 1st.

6;30am – 3pm Monday to Friday 3rd.

10:30pm – 7am Sunday night to Friday morning Responsibilities Lift and stack heavy bags of flour and ingredients onto pallets. Move products along the production line. Make and pack boxes for product distribution. Ensure adherence to GMP/SOP environment standards, including wearing appropriate attire such as hair nets and glasses. Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs. Maintain fast-paced work and good attendance. Essential Skills Ability to lift, stack, and load heavy bags efficiently. Experience in production, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical environments. Capability to work in GMP/SOP conditions. Commitment to manual labor tasks and physical work. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a highly intensive and physical work environment, preferably in manufacturing GMP. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is set in a food manufacturing environment that complies with CGMP and HAACP guidelines. The production floor is not climate controlled, which means it is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Work boots are required, and employees must adhere to CGMP policies by not wearing jewelry and donning appropriate hair netting. Openings are available for stackers and operators across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts: 1st shift runs from 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday, 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday, and 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 7am Sunday through Thursday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennsauken, New Jersey. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.50/hr.
