Shift:

1st Shift Primary Purpose Summary The candidate are responsible for general warehouse functions in support of departmental goals. This includes receiving, shipping, inventory control cycle counts, supplying components to production, packing product, and maintaining good housekeeping—all in accordance with cGMP guidelines. They are also required to operate and maintain industrial powered equipment following OSHA standards. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Maintain a safe working environment by following safety rules and regulations. Perform pre-use inspections on equipment, make operator repairs, and report issues. Operate company trucks and various material handling equipment (testing and licensing required). Inspect vehicles before and after use, report conditions to management. Ensure safe vehicle operations and compliance with company and highway regulations. Use equipment and supplies responsibly to conserve resources. Manage the status of staged orders and auto-issue inventory. Identify space and maintain supply of components to production work centers. Route and deliver transfer orders and verify accuracy against documentation. Receive deliveries, unpack containers, and inspect items for discrepancies. Prepare finished goods for shipment per shipping instructions and customer requirements. Load, protect, and deliver materials safely to designated destinations. Track inventory by recording credits and debits and observing FIFO practices. Conduct cycle counts and report inventory results accurately. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical School or related experience preferred 3+ years in a shipping/receiving/warehouse environment Ability to work with minimal supervision Experience operating material handling equipment and shop tools Proficient in forklift operation Familiarity with standard office equipment Skills and Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills Experience in cGMP and ISO-regulated environments Basic math proficiency Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
