What You’ll Do Safely operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain forklift energy sources Operate and maintain palletizing equipment Conduct hourly quality checks and maintain accurate documentation Use scanning equipment and WMS to track inventory Collaborate with team members to prevent line stoppages and improve efficiency Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP standards Monitor equipment performance and report downtime Cross-train and provide vacation coverage as needed

What We’re Looking For Education:

High school diploma or

GED Experience:

2+ years of forklift operation in a fast-paced environment with a strong safety record

Industry Knowledge:

Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred

Tech Skills:

Comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook, WMS; SAP experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly during 12-hour shifts

Work Environment:

Willing to work in varying temperatures with minimal climate control

Availability:

Open to working weekends and holidays

Other Requirements:
