Overall Responsibility:

The Robot Operator is responsible for overseeing all activities on the dirty side of the processing plant. This includes staging and loading eggs for daily processing and operating an electric pallet jack.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

On time punctuality and good attendance Prepare robot for use each day Stage eggs for processing Load eggs into Robot Use Electric Pallet Jack to transport and load eggs into robot platform Initiate lot swaps for accurate farm counts Monitor robot function, assess, and correct any failure alarms as needed Record accurate run times for the farms on the load sheet

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in a processing environment preferred Ability to obtain Electric Pallet Jack certification required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Frequent lifting up to 35-50 pounds Extended periods of standing and walking up to 12 to 14 hours Frequent repetitive reaching motion with both arms Frequent grasping with hands and fingers Frequent bending and stooping Ability to keep up in fast-paced environment
