Forklift Operator Spotwork Ephrata, PA 17522 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled a high lift (high reach truck) and electric pallet jack Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklift to facilitate the efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Responsibilities Load, unload, move, locate, relocate and/or stack merchandise in safe; accurate, and orderly manner using an industrial forklift Assist in physical inventories as required by supervisor Ensure racks are efficiently used by moving product as necessary to free up space and ensure product is free from damage Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and turned in at the end of shift Safely operate forklift obeying all forklift safety rules Company with OSHA standards. Comply with Company safety procedures in the workplace. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment. Perform other duties as assigned, may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Experience is a must in operating a sit down propane lift/loading/unloading/put aways. Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping/receiving operations. Strong understanding of safety regulations, particularly OSHA standards. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A valid forklift operator certification is preferred but not mandatory. How to
