The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to facilitate the efficient movement of goods within our facility. This role requires a strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, including but not limited to pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and cranes for the safe movement of materials. Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Assist with shipping and receiving duties, ensuring all products are correctly logged and stored. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance. Execute heavy lifting tasks as required, moving products weighing up to 50 pounds or more. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures at all times. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A valid forklift operator certification is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
