Hire Dynamics is currently hiring Forklift Operators to take on 1st and 2nd shift job opportunities in Anderson. These are career opportunities supporting inventory management and distribution.

Pay:

$17.00/hr-$18.00/hr to start (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3:00pm
2nd

Shift:

Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-12:00am
Job Duties as a Forklift Operator for

Hire Dynamics:

Responsible for loading and unloading product while safely operating power industrial trucks.
Ensure the smooth continuous flow of the distribution center by operating either a stand-up reach truck and order picker to load full pallet or pick-to-pallet product into shipping lanes
Must be able to operate inverted steering, motorcycle throttle Forklift
Safely and efficiently moving product into rack storage, based on pick sheets.
Work in a team environment
Attention to detail is important, verifying freight for accuracy.
Accurate recordkeeping and inventory documentation
Experience on Forklift and prior certification is required (you must pass a forklift test)

Job Requirements for

Forklift Operators:

Minimum of three months experience operating a Forklift in the past year
Must demonstrate proficiency in forklift operations, rf scanner, and be able to hit specific pick rates and job metrics, while maintaining good attendance.
Must possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish tasks such as lifting, lowering, and using manual pallet jacks.
Must possess cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management.
Capable of working in a standing position 100% of the time.
Capable of lifting, grasping, and carrying up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed.
Maintain clean and orderly work area.
Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions.
Does not have a fear of heights. Order pickers go up to 40ft high while on a platform and wearing a harness.
