What We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 3 months of manufacturing experience
Prior experience operating a stand-up forklift is required
Demonstrated stable work history
Ability to lift 55 to 65 pounds repeatedly
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule), including | 7:00 AM•7:30 PM or 7:00 PM•7:30 AM

What You’ll Do As A Tire Loader:
Manually lift and load tires (average 30 lbs. each) onto a conveyor belt
Interlace tires in the trailer while standing on a loading platform
Label replacement tires (aftermarket tires)
Remove poles from pallets (20 lbs. each) and place them in racks
Use a forklift to stack and remove empty pallets from the conveyor area
Inspect trailers to ensure they are free of trash, debris, and foreign materials such as nails or screws
Examine trailers for damage, including holes in the roof or sides
Report unsuitable trailers to the Load Controller for rejection
Notify the Load Controller of non-conforming tires or incorrect labels, ensuring one label per pallet is validated
Follow the specification sheet to ensure proper loading patterns
Prepare loads, load trailers, treadcode tires, and identify/remove defective tires or unreadable labels throughout the shift
Manage and control loads for accurate loading in compliance with contractor requirements
Transport pallets from the staging area to the loading point
Complete off-loading tasks and handle the off-loading/loading of poles
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Replace forklift batteries for loader forklifts as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
