ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies Load trucks and secure product in accordance with customer requirements Load and unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, or lifting device Monitor material usage on work floor and supply production lines with raw materials Weigh materials or products and record results on tags, labels, or production schedules Keep production lines supplied with raw materials Inventory product as needed. And label, sort, wrap and tie product Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device Adapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands of the warehouse Communicate with floor lead – maintenance issues, downtime, production issues, unacceptable or non-conforming loads, poor bale quality, or any other issues with material being handled Meet all company safety policies and report any concerns related to required maintenance of machines Special projects as business dictate Duties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assigned

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age Must have earned a High School Diploma, GED, required schooling, qualifying experience or skills Machine Operator experience preferred; strong knowledge of machines in a manufacturing setting Ability to work a flexible schedule Ability to follow detailed instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and self-directed Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position and to the safety regulations Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base profile (below) for this position Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job Must be able to perform all the job functions safely Must meet the company quality and performance standards for the job as specified Must agree to wear the proper assigned PPE and shoes approved for this job as specified in Contact and Safety Requirements Experience Required 2 year(s): Forklift Experience Education Required HS Equivalency or better
