Are you a dependable, detail-oriented logistics professional looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? We’re hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist with Forklift Operator responsibilities to support our growing operations. If you’re experienced in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling—this role is a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare, ship, and receive goods at our supply chain facility
Process and relocate equipment to support operations, engineering, and project teams
Manage inventory and assist with spares management projects
Perform data entry and track equipment details for iing and outgoing shipments
Label and restock equipment in proper warehouse and spares locations
Load and unload trucks using various forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks)
Move product throughout the warehouse andplete material put-away
Pull orders, restock bins, and perform physical verification of inventory and counts
Use handheld RF scanners to track inventory movement
Ensurepliance with allpany health and safety policies
Maintain warehouse cleanliness,anization, and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required
3-5 years of warehouse experience including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and safety procedures
Previous forklift experience required; must pass both electronic and hands-on certification tests
Must be able to operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts safely and efficiently
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with heavier items as needed
Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
Familiarity with shipping services (FedEx, UPS), pallet prep, and inventory systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; database and scanner experience preferred
Ability toplete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
Occasional travel may be required

Preferred Experience:

Purchase order receipts, cycle counts, return material authorization (RMA) processing
Cross-docking operations
Hazardous materials documentation and procedures
Knowledge of mobility logistics is a plus

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $25.00 per hour
