As a Waste Management Specialist , you’ll be a key part of our WPT team, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Your work ensures that waste generated by daily operations is properly sorted and disposed of — supporting both our people and the planet.
What You’ll Be Doing
Safely manage and dispose of waste materials from Shipping, Warehouse, and Receiving departments.
Ensure all scrap and waste are sorted into the correct containers based on type and guidelines.
Maintain a clean andanized workspace using 5S standards.
Work closely with others in a fast-paced, indoor manufacturing environment.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience operating a forklift (valid certification preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of 5S workplaceanization principles.
A team-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
The Environment You’ll Work In
You’ll spend most of your shift standing, walking, reaching, and handling materials.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally (with crane assistance).
Expect daily face-to-face interaction with team members on the production floor.
You’ll work in a busy manufacturing setting — PPE (personal protective equipment) will be required.

Pay Details:

$15.00 per hour
