Pay for the position:

$16.50 Shifts for the position: Flex shifts MUST be available to fluctuate between 2nd and 3rd shifts Training will be done on 1st shift and usually lasts 4-6 weeks 1st shift 7am-3pm 2nd shift 3pm-11pm 3rd shift 11pm-7am Job requirements for the position may include: The associate needs to be flexible to work 2nd and 3rd shifts (and train on 1st). One week you might be on 2nd and the next week you may have to cover 3rd due to someone being sick or on vacation. Supports all activities in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and food safety management systems. Report any quality and/or food safety problems to personnel of authority to initiate action. Responsible for inspecting products for any and all defects and reporting defects to the proper personnel so that the proper corrective action can be taken. Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.

Qualifications for the position:

High School Diploma with 2+ years in general warehouse operations preferred. Ability to read and understand simple written materials. Ability to write simple statements and numbers. Average dexterity and coordination. Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50lbs. Frequent mental/visual attention to identify possible quality issues. Ability to distinguish colors. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must adhere to plant safety and housekeeping standards. Ability to Read and Comprehend standard operating procedures and work instructions Soft skills Teamwork Communication Self-Starter
