We’re looking for a reliable and safety-driven Forklift Operator to join our team on 3rd shift at our fast-paced manufacturing facility in Cleveland, TN. If you’re experienced with sit-down forklifts and ready to work hard, stay focused, and help us keep things moving, we want to hear from you! The hours are 10p-6a with some overtime required. The pay is $23.18/hr M-F working some weekends on occasion. Please send all qualified candiates resumes to Courtney.

education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Operate Forklifts Safely and Efficiently Maneuver forklifts in tight spaces and around production equipment Load, unload, stack, and transport materials and products throughout the facility Load and Unload Materials Receive incoming deliveries and place materials in designated areas Prepare outbound shipments by loading goods securely onto trucks or trailers Supply Production Lines Deliver raw materials or components to production areas as needed Remove finished goods and transport them to storage or shipping areas Perform Daily Equipment Inspections Conduct pre-operation checks on forklift equipment (brakes, lights, fluid levels, etc.) Report any damage or malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors Perform Daily Equipment Inspections Conduct pre-operation checks on forklift equipment (brakes, lights, fluid levels, etc.) Report any damage or malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors Maintain Warehouse Organization Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Rotate stock and organize inventory using FIFO or other inventory systems Documentation and Recordkeeping Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory forms accurately Use inventory management systems or barcode scanners if required The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week
