Bilingual Forklift Operators (english & spanish) XPS Memphis, TN 38115 Overview We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in a dynamic warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to support the movement of goods within the facility. This role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Load and unload materials from trucks and containers using forklifts and clamp trucks. Build pallets and prepare shipments for delivery. Operate cherry pickers and cranes for order picking and inventory management. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Skills Proficient in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and cranes. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Experience in materials handling and order picking processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in loading/unloading operations. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
