We’re looking for an experienced warehouse Forklift operator to join our team. Job Responsibilities Operates reach forklift and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner Performs pre-operational check of equipment Utilizes WMS computer for put away and let downs for assignments Maneuvers in and out of aisles doing let downs safely with selectors in the work area Able to complete training and utilize other equipment as needed to perform job duties Performs duties safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment. Ensures that operations are aligned and performed to achieve production and safety goals. Work is performed in a warehouse setting and is physically demanding This position is designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required Equipment training is provided Please note this is not a travel position; you should live close to the site in Collierville, TN. Education:

We believe that skills and experience are what truly matter. While education can be a valuable asset, it is not a strict requirement for success in this role. Experience Experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts a plus Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.) Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.) Good verbal/written communication skills Willingness to work the required schedule Ability to speak, read, and write English for effective communication Attention to detail and ability to follow directions Interact respectfully and courteously with associates, co-workers, management, and customers Ability to work in a team environment

Work Environment:

This position is designated as safety-sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner is required. Warehouse environment with extreme heat and cold temperatures

Physical Demands:
