Rotating 12-Hour Shifts (Day and Night Openings Available)
Schedule Details:
Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday•36 hours (12-hour shifts) Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday•48 hours (12-hour shifts; includes 8 hours overtime)

Day Shift:
6:00 AM•6:00
PM Night Shift:
6:00 PM•6:00 AM Must be flexible to rotate between shifts as needed
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production and support equipment with minimal supervision Follow
ISO/TS16949
production procedures Complete training in forklift operation, material handling, feeder cleaning, blending, and line packaging Set up and operate peripheral systems (e.g., dust/fume collection, pellet transfer) Prepare packaging and labels for finished goods Collect and prepare material samples for QC/color testing Perform equipment and safety inspections, and complete related reports Maintain clean and safe work areas through regular housekeeping Support team projects, daily operations, and problem-solving initiatives Use forklifts to move raw and finished materials Complete monthly training and self-assessments (classroom and computer-based) Participate in TPM audits and inspections

up to 55 lbs Infrequently (pushing/pulling): up to 75 lbs Use of hands and fingers for equipment handling Must be capable of walking long distances, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, and performing repetitive motion

Temp-to-hire opportunity based on performance Online assessment is mandatory and must be passed prior to interview confirmation
