Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational development goals.
Lead and manage the development team to drive business growth and expand market reach.
Oversee fundraising initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and development.
Collaborate with other departments to align development strategies with overall business goals.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present reports on development activities to the executive team and board of directors.
Mentor and support development team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior development or executive role, with a track record of success in driving business growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience in fundraising and building relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Work Hours Monday to Friday, during first shift hours. Benefits The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities. Additional Details This is a supervisory position, and the candidate will be expected to lead by example, guiding the development team towards achieving strategic objectives.
