Principal Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Development Associate to support our fundraising efforts and advance our mission. This role is integral to the daily operations of the development team and plays a key role in data management, donor stewardship, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about nonprofit work and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 1-2 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or related administrative roles. Proficiency with Salesforce (Nonprofit Success Pack) or similar CRM systems strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
