Travel:

Your Impact:

(Includes, but not limited to) Travel to key emerging markets to build powerful local talent pipelines. Visit SNFs, Assisted Living Facilities, and hospitals to understand care dynamics and identify key players. Conduct in-person interviews, site visits, and competitive landscape assessments to gain deep insight into each new market. Represent Bristol Hospice at healthcare networking events, professional associations, and community gatherings—becoming a recognizable presence and trusted resource. Identify, engage, and build a pipeline of high-impact leaders in clinical, sales, and executive roles. Develop strong connections with local influencers, referral sources, and leadership candidates, positioning Bristol as the employer of choice. Deliver actionable research to guide market-entry strategy and leadership placement decisions. Collaborate with operations and regional leaders to match top talent with the right opportunities and ensure seamless interview coordination. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of 30+ qualified leadership candidates per market—all tracked, documented, and aligned to launch timelines. Track your outreach, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics to keep the team informed and results-driven. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sourcing, recruiting, or business development, ideally within the healthcare or hospice sector. Strong understanding of leadership hiring and familiarity with clinical and sales structures in post-acute care. Demonstrated success building pipelines in competitive markets and engaging passive executive talent. Willingness and ability to travel regularly (50% – 75%) based on market needs. We Got the
