The Trauma Specialist Clinician will utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of trauma with a very diverse caseload, providing trauma-informed assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination and consultation.

Schedule:

Full time, 40 hours
hybrid in-office and telehealth; schedule TBD with Program Director

Pay Rate:

Unlicensed Clinician

• $61,800.12/salaried

Required Skills
Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently.
Moderate to advanced computer fluency, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Enthusiasm to learn and integrate technology into the work environment, including providing therapy via video conferencing. Experience providing services using video-conferencing platforms preferred.
Required Experience
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling required. Must meet all requirements leading to an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
Certification and/or previous training in evidence-based practices for the treatment of trauma strongly preferred, including but not limited to Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)
