Client Development Specialist Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Our client, a prestigious multinational law firm located inBoston’s Seaport district is seeking a Client DevelopmentSpecialist to join their Global Operations Team on a temporarybasis covering a medical leave through the end of the year. Thishybrid role requires 3 days onsite (Tues-Thurs mandatory) with freelunch or lunch stipends on those days. The schedule isMonday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with an expected start date of July 7. Job Responsibilities:

Support business developmentstrategies for M&A and Public Company practices. Collaborate onpitches, RFPs, marketing collateral, and customized clientresponses. Track and monitor client/prospect activity andcompetitor strategies. Partner with internal research teams forin-depth client/prospect analysis. Manage submissions for attorneyrankings, surveys, and industry awards. Maintain and updatemarketing content including web and case materials. Analyzebusiness development initiatives and suggest improvements.

Coordinate thought leadership campaigns and identify industrypartnerships. Provide backup support to other team members asneeded.

Candidate Qualifications:

4 years of marketing or businessdevelopment experience, ideally in a law or professional servicesfirm. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Proven ability tomanage projects independently in a fast-paced, matrixedenvironment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to buildtrust across all levels. High attention to detail and strongorganizational and analytical skills. Experience with MicrosoftOffice; familiarity with CRM tools like Dynamics or InterAction isa plus. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
