About Us:

We are a dedicated boutique agency committed to delivering high-quality early intervention (EI) services that support children and families. As our team grows, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Early Intervention Initial Onboarding & Credentialing Specialist to support our provider network and ensure seamless onboarding and credentialing processes.

Position Overview:

The EI Onboarding & Credentialing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring new providers are fully credentialed and ready to deliver services. This position requires in-depth knowledge of EI-Hub , experience with credentialing processes, and the ability to manage ongoing compliance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the initial onboarding process for new early intervention providers, ensuring all documentation is submitted, verified, and compliant. Oversee the ongoing credentialing process, including tracking license renewals, annual training updates, and other required documentation. Utilize EI-Hub to process applications, submit documentation, and maintain up-to-date provider records. Liaise with state and agency partners to ensure alignment with credentialing and EI-Hub requirements. Maintain organized records and a credentialing calendar to ensure deadlines and compliance standards are met. Provide support and clear communication to providers throughout the onboarding and credentialing process. Stay informed on any changes to credentialing requirements, EI-Hub updates, and early intervention policies.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in early intervention provider onboarding and credentialing. Familiarity and hands-on experience with EI-Hub is required . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple credentialing tasks simultaneously. Must be available 4-5 days per week, with consistent availability for provider support and administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with state EI systems and regulatory compliance. Previous role(s) in an early intervention agency or credentialing department. Experience using credentialing management platforms in addition to EI-Hub.
