Senior National Manager, Team for Cures (Walk/Run)
Location:
Remote, East Coast or Central Time Zone required Bring your fundraising fire to one of the nation’s most impactful cancer research nonprofits. My client is seeking a dynamic leader to supercharge the success of their peer-to-peer Walk/Run program, raising critical funds that directly support groundbreaking therapies for cancer patients. What You’ll Be Doing Manage and mentor peer-to-peer fundraising staff to exceed goals. Oversee Walk/Run events from strategy to execution across multiple markets. Cultivate donors, volunteers, corporate sponsors, and local community champions. Drive engagement through mission-aligned storytelling and outreach. Collaborate on digital marketing, event experience, and recruitment strategy. About You 4+ years in peer-to-peer fundraising with direct walk/run experience. 2+ years staff management; skilled in strategic planning and growth. Strong grasp of Salesforce, DonorDrive, Canva, and event logistics. Comfortable with public speaking and community-facing leadership.
