Peer to Peer Fundraising Officer 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 Partner Engagement Officer Do you want a meaningful career advocating for children in crisis through your work in fundraising? The ideal candidate will be a Peer to Peer fundraising specialist with a passion for raising funds and awareness for our organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage the peer-to-peer online fundraising platforms Oversee the National Foster Care Month #GoBlue4KIDS partner engagement initiative Recruit community partners, develop strategy, build new relationships, and engage/cultivate current partners Host community presentations and outreach activities Support corporate partnerships team to grow and expand corporate fundraising partnerships Develop a fundraising Walk 4KIDS program Partner with the church engagement team in making presentations and hosting booths promoting fundraising initiatives and events Manage quarterly Vision Tours Evaluate the performance of events, analyze results and report against budget targets Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote peer to peer fundraising campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience in stewarding event funding through peer-to-peer fundraising events Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred 2 years’ experience in fundraising, sales, or donor relations Availability to travel to specific evening and/or weekend events as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport Understanding of 4KIDS’ mission, values, and programs and the impact these programs on children and families in crisis Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to use/learn online platforms Proficiency in fundraising software and tools Why 4KIDS?
