Full-time Workforce Development Partners Corp is seeking a dynamic and driven Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to empower individuals through workforce development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, partners, and stakeholders to support our workforce development programs. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support for our initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling grant proposals and fundraising materials. Organize and execute fundraising events to engage the community and attract new supporters. Conduct research on funding opportunities, trends, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate records of donors, contributions, and fundraising activities. Speak into marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience required. Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Passion for workforce development and making a positive impact in the community.
