Job Summary:

The Web3 Fundraising Manager will manage capital-raising activities. This includes equity fundraising, token fundraising, and grant acquisition. The candidate must have an existing network of investors able to deploy at least $5 million in total capital. Responsibilities Plan and implement fundraising processes for equity and token offerings Identify and contact investors, DAOs, launchpads, and grant providers Use existing investor network to support fundraising activities Prepare and present pitch materials Maintain investor database and follow-up communications Collaborate on token sale strategy and documentation Support tokenomics, whitepaper creation, and exchange or launchpad listings Identify and apply for ecosystem grants Manage reporting and compliance for grant programs Monitor Web3 fundraising trends and market conditions Provide input on deal terms, valuations, and token structures Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in startup or Web3 fundraising Existing network of investors with at least $5 million in deployment capacity Familiarity with crypto fundraising structures (e.g., SAFT, token sales) Ability to manage investor communications and complete fundraising rounds Experience using CRM or pipeline tracking tools Willingness to work across time zones and with remote teams Must be authorized to work in the U.S. – No visa sponsorship available.
