Pay/Compensation/Details:

$75,000.00/yr.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, marketing or equivalent preferred 5+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising with at least 1 year of supervisory experience Demonstrated analytical and persuasive writing skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear manner to a diverse audience Marketing experience preferred Annual Fundraising Campaign development and implementation End of Year Campaign Fundraising Galas Small group events Create and execute a schedule of year-round fundraising appeal correspondence Lead and oversee appropriate other donor-centric communications, including monthly newsletter Donor Cultivation, Moves Management Database Management – maintain integrity of fundraising database (Salesforce) In collaboration with other team members, ensure completion of donor record-keeping and gift acknowledgements Grant management, including the research and application of the grants calendar Advocate for the organization in the community through presentations to civic groups Facilitate the Board of Directors Development Committee Social Media campaign collaboration Annual Report collaboration Corporate Partner recruitment and management Outreach efforts via local event calendars and press releases Capital Campaign interface and support, including endowment rollout Weekly and Monthly reporting to management Weekly Donations and Acknowledgements report review and summary Weekly and Monthly Activity report Monthly Outreach Projection/Plan Social Media updates Board update report every 6 weeks in advance of meetings Why Join Us?
