$52,527.57About this opportunity:
Creates and implements short – and long – term strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward individual mid-level donors. Oversees a variety of mid – level donor and event attendee activities and communications to maximize the organizations resources effectively and efficiently while providing appropriate avenues for engaging and recruiting new donors.
Key responsibilities:
Implements stewardship and touch point strategies for a caseload of mid-level donors, as well as event attendees.
Manages and implements donor recognition benefits and provide unique engagement and cultivation opportunities for mid-level donors, as well as The William Booth Society for upper tier donors.
Executes efforts strategically by building audiences through the gathering of data from the donor database to assess prospects, create prospect list, and coordinate prospect review; working closely with the Director of Development to implement strategies that support on-going mid-level and event donor efforts.
What we are looking for in you:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field,
- AND•Three years progressively responsible experience demonstrating a record of accomplishment in donor development and/or fundraising events planning and managing, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- OR•Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Ability to read, write and communicate the English language.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Work may be performed in an office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like but not limited to the office environment.
