Job Description
Fundraising Specialist Dogs Inc 4210 77th Street East, Palmetto, FL 34221 The Fundraising Specialist cultivates and stewards relationships with the organization’s fundraisers and donors in an effort to retain and increase the level of giving to Dogs Inc. Additionally, this position manages the planning and execution of Friends of Dogs Inc fundraising initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Personally manage relationships and solicitations of fundraisers and donors in assigned portfolio using the Raiser’s Edge software to support the Department of Philanthropy’s annual revenue goal Analyze retention data; develop and implement retention strategies for fundraisers and donors in assigned portfolio Aid fundraisers with third-party events that support Friends of Dogs Inc by providing materials, mailing supplies, and loaning branded Friends of Dogs Inc supplies Maintain Dogs Inc fundraising Honor Roll Manage fundraising incentive item disbursement via third party provider, Halo and determine new incentive items for each year’s fundraising campaign Special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Demonstration of consistent, exemplary teamwork Ability to demonstrate encouragement, appreciation, and patience with fundraisers Ability to manage daily duties with little or no supervision Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
