Clarity of Central Indiana, a Christian pro-lifenonprofit, is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven DevelopmentOfficer to join our team. Our mission is to serve individuals withcompassionate care, life-affirming education, and Christ-centeredsupport across Central Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with donors, churches,and community partners. Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns and donorevents within Johnson and Morgan Counties. Identify and engage new funding opportunities, including grantsand sponsorships. Collaborate with the Development team to meet annualfundraising goals. Represent Clarity’s mission and values at community events andnetworking functions.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

A passion for Clarity’s pro-life, Christian mission. Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofitdevelopment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently andmanage time effectively. Familiarity with donor management software is a plus.
