Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and seven (7) years of experience in fundraising, preferably in higher education or a complex nonprofit setting. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and inspire donors.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
