What You’ll Own:
Launch, grow, and manage all aspects of a new Red Door Homes location. Hire, train, and lead a local team aligned with Red Door Homes’ core values. Oversee sales, construction, and operational excellence. Create and drive performance metrics across departments. Build relationships with trade partners, vendors, and local officials. Ensure customer satisfaction from contract to close. Be the go-to authority for strategic planning, budgeting, and execution.
