This position is responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operations Officer with executing strategic initiatives, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with the CEO, COO and executive team to develop, implement, and track strategic initiatives.
Ensure the alignment of all departments with the company’s strategic objectives and monitor the progress of key initiatives.
Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Lead initiatives focused on vertical integration, aligning internal processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.
Act as the primary liaison with select commercial business partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on products and services.
Act as a point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
Prepare comprehensive business cases, reports, and presentations for executive leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a strategic leadership role where execution is integral, such as Chief of Staff or similar preferably in the biomedical or similar industry
Proven ability to lead others without reporting authority, through demonstrated competency, conscientious effort, continuous learning and improvement, and accountability as a force-multiplier for the organization
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead and inspire teams, drive change, and navigate complex organizational challenges
Strategic mindset with a focus on execution, innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Ability to travel extensively Valid Driver License with an acceptable driving record, and automobile insurance required
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Experience working directly with C-level executives or in an executive office environment
