Job Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and keep operations running smoothly. This role supports the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day functions, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff performance, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
  • Lead by example and coach staff on guest service, safety, and cleanliness
  • Supervise party flow, guest check-in, and attraction operations
  • Monitor staff performance and handle shift scheduling and adjustments
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety across all areas of the park
  • Open and close the facility as needed
  • Help manage inventory and supply needs
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (entertainment, retail, or hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, dependable, and capable of multitasking under pressure
  • Positive attitude with a passion for customer service and team development
  • Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Physically able to lift 30 lbs and be active during shifts
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, kid-focused environment
