Job Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and keep operations running smoothly. This role supports the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day functions, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff performance, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
- Lead by example and coach staff on guest service, safety, and cleanliness
- Supervise party flow, guest check-in, and attraction operations
- Monitor staff performance and handle shift scheduling and adjustments
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees
- Ensure cleanliness and safety across all areas of the park
- Open and close the facility as needed
- Help manage inventory and supply needs
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (entertainment, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, dependable, and capable of multitasking under pressure
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service and team development
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Physically able to lift 30 lbs and be active during shifts
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, kid-focused environment
