OPPORTUNITY:
ASSISTANT MANAGER, EXECUTIVE LODGE APARTMENTS
All bookkeeping procedures (month end reporting, etc.) Process of renewal letters Monitor number of mtm’s and fees charged Responsible for rent collections/fees/collection of delinquencies Review the “Delinquency Report” daily and make notes Take money to bank daily Responsible for ensuring all monies are stored in a lock box at all times Responsible for the vending collections (laundry, receiving ck.’s from vending companies, etc.) Monitors “property email” Assist in receiving service requests from the residents Enters applications/new leases Enters move-ins/outs, concessions, notice to vacates, cancels into computer Responsible for updating the make-ready board and daily tracking sheet after entering file (m/o, ntv, lease, etc.) Responsible for communicating any computer issues to Lee Wren (IT Support & Computer Trainer) Complete understanding of AMSI- esite Responsible for reviewing the move in file for correct signatures and ensure that the lease matches the computer information- (sign and pass the file to the Community Manager) Back-up Leasing (See Leasing Professional job description) Responsible for Community Manager responsibilities in absence of the Community Manager (See Community Manager job description)
