You will be responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and management of the facility. The General Manager will oversee staff, manage budgets, develop strategies for growth, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all to enjoy.

Mission:

Insanity Complex, an indoor adventure park for all ages featuring laser tag, roller skating, rock climbing, arcade, skateboarding park, mini golf, batting cages, and more under one roof! Is seeking a General Manager to be responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and management of the facility. The individual will oversee staff, manage budgets, develop strategies for growth, and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all to enjoy.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and safety protocols. Hire, train, supervise, and motivate staff and support personnel. Develop and implement strategies to achieve the mission, vision, and goals of Insanity Complex. Manage budgets, track revenue, and ensure financial stability. Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for everyone, addressing inquiries and complaints. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Organize and oversee special events, such as competitions, workshops, and community gatherings. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of skateboarding and skatepark operations. Ability to manage budgets and financial resources. Experience in staff supervision and training. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Passion for skateboarding, skating, and community.
