What You’ll Do:
Meet with individuals and families (virtually or in person) to assess their life insurance needs Provide personalized recommendations using state-regulated life insurance programs Write policies and help clients apply for coverage Track personal metrics and attend ongoing coaching/training Begin mentoring new agents as you advance
What We’re Looking For:
Self-driven and ambitious—your income and promotions are performance-based Growth-minded with a desire to lead and teach others Professional, punctual, and coachable Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Willing to obtain or already hold a life insurance license (we’ll help with this)
