The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and overseeing retail sales. ## Duties

• Assist the Store Manager in daily tasks and operations
• Supervise and train staff members
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Ensure the store meets cleanliness and safety standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Monitor retail sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions and reporting
• Conduct budgeting and maintain financial records ## Qualifications
• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store setting
• Proficiency in inventory management and retail math
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct interviews and train new employees
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
