This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to build a team, drive results, and create a shop culture that customers rave about. The shop is busy, well-run, and backed by multiple successful locations—now they need a GM who can take it to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Running the shop like it’s your own—leading operations, managing your team, and driving profitability Coaching advisors and techs to create a high-performance, customer-focused culture Tracking KPIs like car count, ARO, and labor hours to keep the shop on target Handling customer concerns, overseeing workflow, and aligning front and back operations Working directly with ownership to implement systems and strategies that fuel growth
What We’re Looking For:
3-5+ years of leadership experience in an automotive repair environment Strong grasp of KPIs, workflow, and operational systems A natural leader who can coach and hold a team accountable Excellent customer service and communication skills Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment
