The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and operations management. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, ensuring effective management of resources, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Duties Provide visionary leadership to the organization, guiding strategic planning and implementation of initiatives. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in meeting organizational objectives. Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance growth and sustainability. Lead project management efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Negotiate contracts and partnerships that align with the organization’s goals.
