Graceland Portable Buildings is a leading provider of hand-crafted portable buildings. Known nationwide for quality, workmanship, style, and affordability, Graceland offers solutions for every storage need – with beauty, quality, and style. Graceland Portable Buildings is growing rapidly and is looking for Owner-Managers in North Alabama to help fulfill escalating customer demand. We are looking for a talented Owner-Dealer to assign and direct all work performed at the dealership and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage all building sales, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper dealership operation. Graceland provides the inventory free of charge and the partnership works on a commission basis. The successful candidate will have a hands- on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Requirements:

 Owns or leases land capable of holding a minimum of 10 buildings, this can be an existing business  Proven business management experience, as a dealership, business manager, store manager, department manager, military unit leader, or similar role  Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices  Ability to meet sales targets and production goals  Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations  Excellent organizational skills  Results-driven and customer-focused  Leadership and human resources management skills  Degree or degree candidate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar fields preferred, but not required  Currently resides in Market and has land opportunities.

$1.00 – $100,000.00 per year
