Graceland Portable Buildings is a leading provider of hand-crafted portable buildings. Known nationwide for quality, workmanship, style, and affordability, Graceland offers solutions for every storage need – with beauty, quality, and style. Graceland Portable Buildings is growing rapidly and is looking for Owner-Managers in North Alabama to help fulfill escalating customer demand. We are looking for a talented Owner-Dealer to assign and direct all work performed at the dealership and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage all building sales, foster a positive environment, and ensure customer satisfaction and proper dealership operation. Graceland provides the inventory free of charge and the partnership works on a commission basis. The successful candidate will have a hands- on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
Requirements:
Owns or leases land capable of holding a minimum of 10 buildings, this can be an existing business Proven business management experience, as a dealership, business manager, store manager, department manager, military unit leader, or similar role Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices Ability to meet sales targets and production goals Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations Excellent organizational skills Results-driven and customer-focused Leadership and human resources management skills Degree or degree candidate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar fields preferred, but not required Currently resides in Market and has land opportunities.
