• $80,000 plus bonus We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead the Birmingham, AL downtown location of an established, privately-held automotive group.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage daily store operations Maintain optimal stock levels of tires, parts and supplies and performing monthly inventories of all items Monitor sales performance, control expenditures, and support budgeting efforts. Conduct daily sales reconciliations, manage AR/AP, and maintain financial accountability Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team Build strong customer relationships and ensure a great service experience Drive sales by recommending products and services Resolve customer and team concerns professionally Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with technicians and sales team on tire and auto service needs

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of management experience in automotive, retail, or service Proficient with POS systems, service estimation tools (All-Data, Mitchell Repair), and inventory software.
