Sales Management Trainee Dawson Horton & Associates Tuscaloosa, AL 35405 Sales Management Trainee This position is responsible for the direct management of a team of individuals who have field performance expectations including new business acquisition & exceptional service to our existing active client base. Sales Management Trainee work closely with our recruiting dept to help train and develop new recruits. They also are a direct line of support and guidance for their respective team members. This position is an entry level management position, with ability to advance into executive leadership quickly.
Primary duties:
- Development of new representatives.
- Training of new representatives.
- Monitoring daily activity of assigned team
- Daily & Weekly reports on field activity.
- Weekly Recruitment.
- New Hire assessment.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum 2 Years in a leadership role (preferred, not required).
- Minimum 1 year experience in business prospecting.
