The ideal candidate has highly efficient people skills as well as having the ability to build new relationships with clients and team members. The Sales Management Trainee position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain comprehensive experience in various aspects of management. The Sales Management Trainee will work closely with senior management to learn the operations of the business, enhance customer service skills, and help train and develop new recruits. Opportunity for promotion available after the first 90 days but not guaranteed. Duties Retain knowledge of our financial products and services. Ability to acquire new clients using our proven methods and systems. Service of an existing client base. Training of new recruits and developing future leaders. Monitoring daily activity of team. Reports on field activity. Support management in developing strategies for improving operational efficiency. Requirements Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Minimum 1 years in a leadership role. (preferred not required) Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective interaction with clients. Ability to maintain organization while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development is essential. Must be able to pass a background check, have a valid drivers license, and a Windows operating laptop.

$50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
