Sales Management Trainee Dawson Horton & Associates Jasper, AL 35501 Sales Management Trainee This position is responsible for the direct management of a team of individuals who have field performance expectations including new business acquisition & exceptional service to our existing active client base. Sales Management Trainee work closely with our recruiting dept to help train and develop new recruits. They also are a direct line of support and guidance for their respective team members. This position is an entry level management position, with ability to advance into executive leadership quickly.

Primary duties:

• Development of new representatives.
• Training of new representatives.
• Monitoring daily activity of assigned team
• Daily & Weekly reports on field activity.
• Weekly Recruitment.
• New Hire assessment.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum 2 Years in a leadership role (preferred, not required).
• Minimum 1 year experience in business prospecting.

$50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
