The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales and management, with a proven ability to lead teams, optimize sales pipelines, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker who can negotiate effectively and manage inventory while ensuring that our dealership meets its financial goals. Duties Lead and manage daily operations of the dealership, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue through effective sales pipeline management. Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Negotiate deals with customers and vendors to secure favorable terms for the dealership. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to assess progress against goals. Facilitate public speaking engagements and presentations to promote dealership initiatives. Skills Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and retail math principles. Proven experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Proficient in inventory management practices to maintain optimal stock levels. Strong public speaking skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on mathematical calculations. Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
