Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our new Rye Metro-North location. You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction, financial targets, and upholding Winfield Street Coffee’s core values: Quality Excellence, Community Integration, and Authentic Connections.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performance team
- Manage scheduling, inventory, payroll, and vendor relationships
- Ensure operational and service standards are met consistently
- Deliver a welcoming and high-energy atmosphere that reflects our brand
- Collaborate on store promotions, community outreach, and seasonal offerings Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00
