In this role, you will support the daily operations of Esca Assist in managing store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service. Both host and game master escape games. Perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation. Cleaning and sanatizing the area in and around the venueto high standards. Basic knowledge of tools and how to use them while troubleshooting problems quickly and effectively. Basic knowledge of computers and a willingness to learn basic 12 volt wiring. Facilitate training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that meets company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement promotional strategies and improve store performance. standing and sitting for extended periods. Upsell games and merchandise to customers. Qualifications A positive attitude with high energy and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Outgoing and confident with good communication skills. Previous experience in a hospitality/entertainment establishment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in training staff is highly desirable. Have experience with basic tools, being able to troubleshoot effectively. Willingness to learn simple 12 volt repair. Multilingual abilities are a plus but not necessary, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong administrative skills to support daily operations efficiently. Competent computer operation with the ability to type quickly and accurately. Good initiative; does tasks that need doing without needing prompting. Able to work with a team; a good team player while managing the team at the same time.
